I like them and like black for Team Canada. All red Canada jerseys look too much like Maples Leafs jersey with the blue swapped for red.

Umm, literally the only thing that is the same between a Maple Leafs jersey and the ones Team Canada has worn has been the colour white.

The only other thing that is even remotely comparable is the use of a Maple Leaf, and if that is your concern, nothing has actually changed, and these should also be viewed as too close to Toronto's uniforms for your tastes.

Been saying this for years. It's too bad that tourney ended in disappointment, as it resulted in no-one really caring about those unis. Red/grey is such a slick look. That colour combo is my all-time favourite Stamps retro unis too (think they're from the 70s?)

And I know it's ironic coming from someone who is forever whining about getting the stupid black out of our Flames jerseys, but I actually like those new Canada ones. Black & red goes together so much better than black, yellow and red, plus Canada has had black in their unis going back to the 72 Summit Series, so to me it's more natural. Count me in as one of the few who prefers these to the 2010 Petro Canada unis.

I found these weird. The bottom 80 percent is a normal jersey then it abruptly stops and a shoulder treatment like Moe Howard's hair suddenly takes over.

Now in the new ones, I guess you could say at least there is some black elsewhere in the jersey making the weird shoulder treatment tie in somewhat. But they still look weird with too much black.

I think they should have scrapped the black shoulder idea.

I would not buy one.

No, it was worn for the (first game? one of the group stage games) 2004 World Cup as the previous poster mentioned. Here's Iggy rocking it:

I really liked that yellow one. But I think I was in the minority
