Times are tough when you have to talk about the goal song just to get by the summer. If Johnny and Mony would sign we wouldn't be this desperate.

At first when Flames did the poll I wasn't that fond of this option, but it really has grown on me. Local relevance.

Love love love the dudes but this is too tame for a goal song imo. They have another track that's unreleased but they play it quite often at their shows. It def is a high tempo goal song.

Not only talk about, actually email the team to ask about it.

Like a few others, I liked Barbra Streisand. They should go back to Duck Sauce but go with Big Bad Wolf. That would drive other fans nuts!

The video might be the strangest thing I've ever seen btw!

Should've always been Sleep Now in the Fire.

Lots of lame-ohs in here voted for that underwhelming redneck rock crap though.

You should be banned. "The Fat Of The Land" is a masterpiece start to finish. Liam Howlett is a genius.

The problem with Sleep Now in the Fire is the same as the current goal song though. They're both good songs but neither work at all as a goal song

When I was s kid...the 'YAHOO!!' after each goal was incredible. The whole Dome would shout...to the point where you could even hear it on the broadcast if you were watching from home. I loved it.

For most of the last decade the graphic was moved to a small screen on the corner of the score clock and the timing of the sound was off. So disappointing!

Do they even do it at all anymore? I attended a couple games last year but don't even remember. My vote would be to bring Yosemite Sam back to the main screen and crank up a perfectly timed YAHOO!

Fall Out Boy - Songs Know What You Did.
We want something both exciting and that a huge fan base can sing with and the Light 'm Up part fits the bill.

No they don't do it.

IMO the less "Yahoo-ing" and "Yeehaw-ing" we do the better but I might be in the minority.

Fields of Gold by Sting. I'd like something calm and cooling to bring me down from the excitement of a goal.

It was one of the finalists when they did the vote three years ago, and it sucked as a goal song.

As an outsider, I have to admit Calgary's "AC/DC-Shot Down in Flames" destroys anything the Jets have, especially since they switched to "Shout." In fact, I think the Flames play some of the best music of all NHL teams. I've always loved Johnny Cash' "Ring of Fire" after a Flames victory.

I don't. They ripped off Tampa. Yeah, it makes more sense for Johnny but fair's fair, they got there first.

They ripped off Tampa? They ripped off Tampa..?!?!?

The guy goes by Johnny, the song has Johnny in the title, telling him to Go Johnny go, it was the most obvious song section of all time. Probably had nothing to do with Tampa in the slightest.
