Either Schultz gets a ring or the Sharks get a Cup the year after they let McLennan walk.

I think I'm good either way.

Awesome matchup for the finals. Should be great hockey in every game.

Not sure who I want to see win it either. I've been a big Crosby fan since he came into the league and I'd be happy to see him win again, but I'd also be happy to see Thornton and Marleau get one before they retire since they've been through so much and have had such long careers with one big missing prize.

Id put my $$ on the Sharks right now but wouldnt be surprised in the least if the Pens won it. Jones isn't going to be the difference in the series, the Sharks skaters are going to have to outplay the Pens skaters on the ice.

I always cheer for the West, so Sharks.

Edit: Except the Oilers and Canucks of course

Like most of the playoffs I won't bother watching and by September will forget who made the finals.

Hopefully it's good luck to have a former Bruins first rounder on your roster because the Flames have 2 (Hamilton and Colborne).
Looks like landphil was even hungrier back then.

On Jan. 9, the Penguins (19-16-5, 43) were 11th in points in the Eastern Conference; the Sharks (18-18-2, 38) were 13th in the West.
Funny the Flames were 19-19-2 on January 9th

I wouldn't have bet a single dollar on this final if you had laid down odds at the beginning of the year. Good on both teams to rise up to the challenge after a lot of disappointments. Just a hunch, but I think it's the Sharks' time to finally win a championship. Adding to the mystique of San Francisco Bay with championships from the Warriors and Giants in very recent history.

The finals should be back to back games 1 and 2 with a day off before going back to back on 3 and 4 then a day of between the rest of the games. Enough whining about not enough rest, it's the same for both teams may the best team win.

Like seriously how can a average fan stay interested when they're playing twice a week.

Heart says San Jose, brain says Pittsburgh.

Should be an epic final.

I have a feeling that Pavelski is the going to be the guy that tips the scales to SJs favor. He's having a heck of a playoff run.

Edit: Brent Burns too.

^ 2 things wrong with that photo.

1) I've never had Shark sushi, and I've eaten a lot of different sushi.

2) Sharks eat penguins, not the other way around.
