And these guys are competitive. If he's any good, or if he's going to be any good, I doubt he's all that fearful of the risks of stepping out of his comfort zone and becoming a head coach. These guys want to take that risk, and don't tend to worry about what they might lose, but focus more on what they might gain and have full belief in themselves.

The thing is that Duha is reporting that Stevens is comfortable in his role in LA. He likely doesn't move but you never know.
