This is the second lawsuit in as many years the previous one was because some kid got hit in the head from a confetti barrel falling on his head

There should be a class action lawsuit filed against Vancouver Canucks for being No Good.

Not sure. Try using it in a sentence.

Why can't this ever happen to someone near me? Every single time I go to a game there's always some knuckleheads who just chat about work all game long, don't watch the game, and leave halfway through the 3rd. I can't stand these morons, I'd pay full ticket price just to see them get clocked with a puck, the game is just a bonus at that point.

What he has suggested is not absolutely correct, but he is not absolutely not correct. You are absolutely correct that it is complicated, though.

Back of his ticket(also in French)

WARNING: PUCKS FLYING INTO SPECTATOR AREAS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY. BE ALERT WHEN IN SPECTATOR AREAS.
Next he'll say he couldn't read English or French

2014. Even if the idea of a fan getting facesmacked is hilarious to you..this can potentially be a big deal. If this lawsuit sees any serious action then every puck that leaves the ice will have to be considered a potential lawsuit, years after it leaves the ice.

It seems silly, but 360 netting in 30 arenas may be cheaper than annual lawyers from people who claim to have been hit be a puck.
