Agreed. The top 6 you list are by far the guys I'd most want us to draft. If we're picking 7th or 8th we could get lucky and have a guy fall to us. But drafting top 6 ensures we get one of the better fits.

Indeed. They do have TOR tomorrow which is winnable. Then they play BUF, another winnable game. Then they end the season against a Blackhawks team that might rest a couple guys for their last game (or so we would hope.)

They are actually the most locked in team in the bottom 6 at the moment, sportsclubstats has them at 70% chance of finishing 3rd last. They can move up or down with a bunch of wins or losses but it's fairly likely they end 3rd last.

Damn, Reimer with his 3rd shutout since joining the Sharks. He must be the real deal or he's just behind a well coached Sharks team.

West playoff teams settled...just seeding to be determined, an the top of the Central is still a mess. As unlikely as it may be, if Dallas and the Blues DO lose their final two in regulation, the 'Hawks have a shot at 1st in the Central, and they would hold ROW if they win out. Blues have 'Hawks and the Caps (who probably will be resting guys)...Stars have the, now eliminated, Avs, and the Preds, Hawks have the Blues at home, and finish in Columbus.

Wild swept the 'Hawks during the regular season...and Dubnyk has owned them over his career, so winning the Central may mean a worse match up than drawing the Blues, a dinged team, that often have mental breakdowns when playing the 'Hawks.

The Bruins totally blew it, just a disaster for them as they are 2-7-1 in the past 10 games. Brad Marchand said a cliche. "We were so close, only a shot away.' Duh, no kidding. After the game, many fans stayed to be extras for the new Jake Gyllenhal movie "Stronger." http://scores.nbcsports.com/nhl/recap.asp?g=2016040501&home=1&vis=7&final=true and http://sportsstats.cbc.ca/hockey/nhl-boxscores.aspx?page=/data/NHL/results/2015-2016/recap70701.html The Flyers are in a weird position, like you said they are trying to get the last playoff spot, but they can overtake the Islanders for 1st wildcard spot.
