I can't believe 6 people voted bald. You know that old joke (and bumper sticker) I may be fat but you're ugly and I can diet.

Grey for sure. Looks awesome, I wish I was going grey. Bald is fine too, if you own it. But, no one looks worse with grey hair.
Please guys, if you have grey hair, don't dye it. It is a beautiful gift from above. To dye it is to spit in the face of God. It never looks right anyways.

That's where it is for me, I'm in my 50's and considered myself lucky, full head of hair with a few strands of grey. chin has been going grey for about 15 years though and is now about 50-50. weird though that my mustache and sideburns are still totally dark.
Would hate to be bald for sure.

I wonder how different the responses would be pre-Clooney. IMO he really made premature grey hair OK.

I started greying at 16. I think it helped career wise as by the time I had 5 years experience it could pass for 10. Helps with credibility. The random grey patch in my beard is terrible so I can't grow one anymore.

I started getting grey hairs in my mid-20s. I am late 30s now and have quite a few, but the natural mousey brown hue of my hair, the length, and the fact it sun-bleaches easily, makes it difficult to really see how much there really is. When I cut it short, it is really noticeable.
I shaved my head when I was younger and I am down right fugly bald, so this isn't even a question for me.

I'm bald and it's perfect. I haven't paid for a hair cut in almost 10 years, I hit it with the razor once a week and I'm good to go. I don't miss hair for a second.
Plus as I get older I'm adding hair to my back so I still have some hair.....

Going grey for sure before being bald. I'm probably 80% grey at 36 years old and was really showing my grey hair 15 years ago!! I colored it for awhile to hide it but have fully embraced the beauty of my greyness!! I've thinned a bit up top, buy hey, who hasn't into their mid 30s. My hair is holding strong though and I think I may be alright for keeping it well into the latter years of my life. I'd rather have it, then not, no matter what color it is.

Neither are ideal, but gray for sure. Not sure how it's even a debate really. Funny how both seem to be a much more accepted/normal look than they were even 20 years ago, thank Jebus sufferers of either condition live in the era we do.
Be sure to thank George Clooney and Michael Jordan, everyone. Trailblazers

I shave my head once a week with clippers. Once I saw the thinning of the hair, and it wasn't even that bad, I began clipping my hair. I find that having a tiny bit of stubble works better than a full bic job. Also, as long as you can grow some facial hair it looks pretty good.
Visually, to me, I am pretty lucky that my head is shaped for being bald. When I stand in front of the mirror to shave, visually, my head shape is good. And, I think the most ardent detractor would have to agree that I have a good head for bald... visually.

My business is dispensing financial advice. Grey gives credibility. The greyer I get the more money I make.

Bald would be okay if you didn't have to shave your head. It seems like the best perk of baldness is no maintenance north of your forehead. If you are still having to groom, then you kind of got doubly screwed.

Would rather go grey, currently in the process on the sides... I'm cheating though - using finasteride for a couple years, and it's been awesome keeping all my hair into my 30's and watching my friends lose theirs.
