If losing is one's thing, it helps us too. We moved past the Canucks after yesterday's win. Keeps Vancouver right with us.

On the other side the smaller, older Nylander brother has me more excited about the prospect of potentially drafting Alex.

I still don't understand why Hiller played over Ortio. There is no reason to play him.

Kadri is a puke.

Nylander is still overrated.

The Toronto media is delusional.

guys get slashed all the time...the dive makes it look worse, ref called it for a reason

They have been playing well for a while now.

Difference tonight? Goaltending. Completely deflates a team.

Exactly what Hamilton was reffering to last night

My freaking Telus streaming app crapped out on me during the 2nd intermission. I guessed I didn't miss anything.

Why did Hiller start tonight? Hartley have some sort of loyalty to him?

Toronto declared a tank war so we had to step up our war efforts.

Both goalies let in terrible first goals, both second goals were great tips, and the game winner was an excellent shot. Could a better goalie have stopped the third goal yes I do believe so but I also think Jonathan Bernier didn't have to make all that many great saves because the Flames' offense was so choppy.

Most of the shots Bernier faced were on his strong side (he did have one great save though, so did Hiller). To me the botched 5 on 3 was the story of the game. It amazes me how terrible this team is on 5 on 3, most teams can just pass the puck right into the net with a two man advantage, we don't even expect them to score on a 5-on-3.

This game could have been won 2-1 with Ortio in net, or it could have been a 1-1 tie with Ortio and Reimer in net. The offense was bad.

The only thought I had was it is way past time we went after the other teams best players. Because they are certainly doing it to ours on a regular basis. Yeah we came to his aid but rather they were proactive rather than reactive.

I'm kind of hoping they start him for the last time on the road versus ARI next Monday. That's another 4 pointer in the tank wars

I could watch that middle frame and still laugh every time. What a dive, Kadri is such a little weiner boy.

Haha, yeah, I'll take back the slash part. I just saw that reverse angle for the first time. But when a guy turtles, just pin him and wait for the linesman to come.

In fairness to Jooris, he didn't throw punches, he grabbed his jersey and tried to get him up.
