I've collected a bit over the years but nothing compared to some of you guys.
Jerseys:
White pedestal (1996)
Black horsehead (2001)
Red home 2004
Red retro (2013)
All jerseys are uncrested. Just kind of prefer it that way.
Memorabilia:
Car flags x4
Large (3x5) flag - red C with pedestal striping along the bottom
Gold flaming C pendant
Signed pennant from sometime in the mid-80s, has about 30 signatures on it
Signed hockey cards, Theo Fleury, Paul Ranheim, German Titov, Mike Vernon
Copy of the Calgary Herald Stanley Cup special edition from 1989
Copy of the little book the Herald (or maybe it was the Sun) did for the 2004 run
Calgary Flames Stanley Cup 10th Anniversary yearbook
Heritage Classic Flames hat
2008 draft Flames hat
Old Time Hockey Calgary Flames long-sleeve t-shirt
Flames Christmas ornaments (red tree globes and some light-up pucks)
McFarlane Kiprusoff figurine
Flames salt & pepper shakers
There's probably more that I just can't remember now. I got my first Flames jersey when I was 6 years old in 1982.

Some that I can - autographed Iginla 500 goal picture and gamesheet, autographed Giordano stick, 85 team autographed McDonald stick, Al Macinnis autographed stick, MacInnis autographed forever a Flame canvas, etc.
Next jersey will probably be a Gaudreau or Bennett jersey of some type.

No.
We got 2 tickets just prior to the game. I took my son in for the start of the game leaving my daughter and her friend outside to watch on the big screen TV that they set up. Mid-way through the 1st my buddy that was sitting on the other side of the arena texted me asking where my daughter was. I filled him in, and he decided that during the second intermission we would leave and give two tickets to the girls. His son and mine sat together, the two girls sat together. The jersey presentation was in at the end of the game. We were outside. We had no idea he won until the end of the game when we all met outside.
There were a bunch of photos of him on NHL webiste, but you couldn't see the player in any of them.
Doesn't diminish the memory for him at all.

I miss Scorch. Does any "official" memorabilia exist with him on it or did it all happen too fast?

I used to be one of those guys who bought fake jerseys out of China for $20 but I donated them all to charity a few years ago. I don't remember exactly which ones I had but I definitely remember owning one of the fake heritage classic ones with the obvious bright red instead of the real burgundy. Needless to say I kept the few authentics I had:
2004 red Iginla with the Stanley Cup patch added to the right shoulder. Love the look of this jersey but I'm not a big fan of the old school baggy fit.
2009 (current) red Iginla. Really have come to hate our current jersey with the flags, vertical stripes, italicized nascar font, etc. so I hardly ever wear it.
Retro red, no name/number currently, and my absolute go to jersey. Bought it a few summers ago when Sport Chek was clearing them out for $20 (shout out to CP on that one) and have been chewing on whose digits to put on it ever since. Wanted to wait and see how the new era Flames shaped up. Thinking it's going to get Monahan's 23 this summer.

My girlfriend bought me a red, iron on crested T-Shirt at FanAttic when she was in Calgary in January. I then had a Hockey Life store in Kitchener send it out for a Bennett namebar and 93 sewn on the back. It took forever (5-6 weeks) to get back, but it's the hardest core flames t-shirt I've ever seen personally. If someday I run into Sam and get it signed it'd be icing on the cake.
