So, turns out we keep winning and now we're in the city finals, best of three series on Saturday and Sunday. Sorry guys but I'm out. Good luck and hopefully you guys beat the greasers!

I'll discuss the Heckle on this week's episode of Beer League Talk. http://BeerLeagueTalk.com. If anyone wants to tweet us (@beerleaguetalk) or email us (nick@beerleaguetalk.com) your thoughts we can use those in the episode too. It usually is recorded on Tuesday & comes out on Tuesday night. I have a short interview with Barren (organizer at Oilcans.com) and David (Soulchoice) that will be online as well.
I will have some video up on Youtube (Youtube.com/beerleaguetalk) tomorrow but sadly it's mostly me being behind the play and out of breath. There are a few goals and some good clips of us hemming those dirty greasers in their own zone.
Best part of the game... The CP substitute goalie comes in the dressing room wearing an Oilers toque, gets on the ice, and then promptly gives up 4 goals in the first few minutes. We thought the fix was in!
Enjoyed the game, thanks for organizing Soulchoice, thanks for having me, and look forward to doing it again.

I'm really sorry I had to to bail but I had no choice as my team is in city finals and hard to do that without a goalie LOL
Great job again, and I can't wait to see the pics/videos from the event! Hope to see you all next year.

Best of three series, so we lost the first one 3-0 because we had 6 skaters (lots of guys in Banff for a tournament that was booked months ago), and we won yesterday's game 5-1 since we got our roster back LOL.
We play the final game of the best of 3 on Saturday now, which IMHO is too long of a wait.

Best part for me, as we are down 6-0 after 10 minutes and 6-1 after the first period, the feeling was still there that we were gonna win it. That ####e trickles all the way down from the NHL I guess, oil no good lol
