Could the Habs win over the Caps kick start a decent winning streak? Holtby sure looked pissed after he was replaced by Grubauer. The Bruins, after losing to the BJs, looked like gang busters by beating the Penguins 5-1. Pastrnak with 2 great goals including the penalty shot goal! Gotta give the Sabres credit, they hung in there with the high flying Ducks. Andersen with his 1st SHUTOUT of the season making 26 saves. Vatanen with the only goal in the 2nd period.

It sure had a playoff feel, only 3 penalties called, fast pace, thrilling 3rd period, and great goaltending. Jones faced 41 shots and Pickard had 33 shots. The 2 teams could meet in the 1st round.
