Oh I agree. But a team isn't going to put themselves to 50 contracts by claiming a rental on the waiver wire.

I would expect they look at trading a contract though. As Sureloss alluded to.

Yeah, thats surprising. I get that teams need to move a contract though.

But Edmonton is so literally terrible that they should have just done it.
