is this worth it. I really need to do something but know I won't use a gym or anything like that. I am worried about the wrist sprain mentioned here as I'm dealing with Tennis elbow.

It's a free download, so no risk to try it. The app gives you several routines to choose from without upgrading. I believe the coach purchase adds an assessment, customizes workouts for you, as well as other features.

I do a variety of different exercises at the moment, so just having the basics are good to mix things up sometimes. If your looking for a hi intensity program to follow it's probably worth it.

So, I'm just about done week 7 which was comprised of three "hell days". My hell days were Apollon & 2x Athena; Uranos & 2x Metis; and Dione & Hermes. Talk about exhausting!

I never bothered to take a picture of myself week 1 because it felt pretty douchy, so I'm not sure if I'm really changing much physically. I am however getting incrementally fitter at the workouts (doing more reps of harder exercises in less time etc.).

I'm still loving the program, but I really wish there was some smart watch I could use the program with which didn't require me having a phone beside it at any given moment. Sometimes running or doing whatever outside is a pain with my phone. Timing with a watch, then tapping the face to move exercises would be great and then be synced later on with the phone.
