What the hell is wrong with you?

^I know right? You'd think he'd be able to spell MacInnis considering he had his jersey.

A little late to the party but it isn't like the game he got the concussion was a the day before yesterday. It was a week ago. Is that enough time to get over a concussion? Could be, I'm not sure the severity of the concussion or his history.

Lanny used to get pretty riled up watching his son play junior, maybe that is what northcrunk is talking about.

Ferland had a minor concussion last season and was back in 2-3 games. There is absolutely no issue with Wideman being at practice a week after the fact.

It's not a good place anyways. The food is not good - and I'm not picky.

We were both feisty. I took a cheap shot from one of his players (he was the coach) so I fought him and won and while I was on my way to the bench Lanny called me a goon which is when I told him that. We had a laugh about it after the game though and he told me he would have done the same thing if he was playing. We never really hated each other and I have a pretty good relationship with Lanny. That guy would NEVER say no to an autograph from a young fan. I have tons of respect for the guy we just clash when we play each other.

It's true. I played against his son while he was the coach.

Re: Francis, it's a sad state where so many good and credible journalists lost their jobs last week and this "editorial" scribe was able to keep his. It serves to prove that it's not the quality of the work that sells, but the ability to agitate that really sells a tabloid type paper like the Sun.

Beltiner is decent food wise, but unfortunately overpriced and full of dirty hipsters.

Reminds me of a game I play when I go to Victoria to visit Family. From a distance is the person Homeless, Hippy, or Hipster.

I don't disagree. Could he have recovered from a concussion by now? Yes. Does it just look bad to trot him out for practice in the middle of an appeal where that is looking like the main ace up the sleeve of him & the NHLPA? I think so. I mean, he's not going to play for a while anyway, so I don't get why they didn't just tell him to take a little break from the hockey while he goes through this process.

Meh. IIRC, Francis is a freelancer. He wasn't drawing a salary before, and isn't now. Gets paid by the column inch, and I suspect those rates are dropping as fast as the circulation of the paper.

I heard him on radio this week and he seemed to indicate otherwise, but maybe it was how he was wording it. Something to the effect that he was still employed by SUN/Post Media and was fortunate not to have been let go or something like that. Either way, the fact he gets any word space from any publication is questionable.
