If I remember correctly he actually had some time as the 2nd line C in his call up with us. Keep in my mind the AHL is full of guys that score at a good clip down there year after year but can't do the same in the NHL.

The forward group is missing him in a big way. Not a surprise our forecheck hasn't been as strong without him.
