Sabres have nothing going, so the Refs call two cheap ones then put their whistles away.

I hate this game management crap.

Buffalo was ahead of Calgary coming into the night...they should have been able to handle us

Why does it seem like Johnny has all our game winning goals?

he might be the most clutch 110ish game player I've ever watched.

Super happy for this win. They didn't give up when Hiller let in the third and showed some testicular fortitude.

Positives were Monahan and Granlund lines. Really liked Ferland answering the cheap shot hit on Frolik with 2 hard hits.

Negatives were Backlund on the PK and has been that way for a while although I do like how he and his line have been playing even strength.

If Bennett hadn't taken both penalties Granlund would have been available to kill them and he has been very good killing penalties since he was recalled. I think once Bouma comes back maybe you could use Granlund and Bouma together.

Haha What? Joe was excellent in the last 2 weeks

Back ahead of the Oilers.

That's all I really want for Christmas.

No. The last 2-3 games he was noticeably fighting the puck.
