I don't think any one has acted mad or anything? Just pointed out that there is a good chance they could be hungover considering both Johnny and Monahan "didn't feel well" and they went out to a concert the night before.
If I had tickets I also would have been hungover at work on Monday.
They don't really work in these cases. They travel around the world and they can't keep up with mutating viruses.
They can show up anytime after the initial shot was given, in any region of North America or from overseas. It's different for people that just stay in their city and never leave lol.
