Yeah, man, the best way to convince a new generation to fight in wars is to continuously refresh our collective memory about possibly the worst single conflict in human history. Thinking about WWI gives me the freakin' chills, it does not make me want to do anything remotely similar. See my post on page 1... shudder.

You are completely clueless, you have no idea about what Remembrance day is about and you bleat about it like a brain damaged sheep.

If anything this is a day that campaigns against the horrors or war and loss, while at the same time saluting the bravery of men and woman who went out and got involved in a horrible thing, not for personal glory but because they felt it was a thing that needed to be done.

Either your teachers or professors or whoever educated you on history are incredibly inept and failed you, or you were too busy mining for snot nuggets to pay attention.
