Personally, I think Gelinas, Bennett and McDavid all scored.

But the NHL has made it clear that certain angles and/or logic do not matter.

The League has set and followed the precedent that the won't call those types of goals, from those angles as in. Consistent application is all we can ask for.

Well I would expect so. Haven't seen the video yet but from that angle it is impossible to say it was in. And I don't think it was in, in 04 either.
