I love going and buying a big pork loin from Costco. Usually $20-25 and you can cut it down into chops or roasts. I usually cut it into 3-4 good sized roasts and then freeze them. Pull one out, defrost it, marinate it and then roast it. Good for 4-6 people with sides and there is also usually left overs which are great for thinly sliced pork roast sandwiches the next day or two.

I really like those chicken breast from costco..i think price wise they are good as well

A Costco card for bulk meat cost savings alone is worth it if you can consume that much meat.

Also super cheap to grab a slice of pizza and hot dogs and whatnot.

I made FlashWalken's cabbage and pork chop recipe last night. Hot damn, cabbage is great poor people food.
