As a matter of interest, if a player is put on waivers is he still considered to be part of the '23' roster limit until he either clears waivers or is claimed?
For instance, if they put Hiller on waivers, would they have to put him on waivers at least 24 hours prior to the deadline on Tuesday?

So this year's Jooris is Kulak. Pretty impressive for a 21 year old defenseman to crack an NHL roster out of camp. He made Wilson obsolete.

Fluke play. Not too often will that shot sneak right through the open space between both defenders, right as their forward comes by the front of the net for a perfect tip. There's a lot of randomness involved in a goal like this
