What do each of the Flames players need to work on?

Treliving- keep smoking every single other gm and trade Raymond or bollig and engelland

If Trevling can trade any three of Engelland, Jones, Raymond, Smid, or Stajan without retaining any Cap, I'll be mighty impressed.

This is the season that he needs to pull off some real trade magic, if there is to be any hope of retaining valuable veterans, while giving Gaudreau and Monahan raises in 2016/2017.

If Jones, Raymond, & Stajan are all still around, the Flames will lose Hudler.
If Engelland and Smid remain, Russell & Wideman will likely be lost.

I realize that Hudler, Russell, & Wideman will eventually have to move on, I just wish the other 5 left first.

Jones is a UFA at the end of the season so need to trade him anytime before the deadline
