This will be a real test. The strengths of these 2 teams match up really well, but Anaheim has a big advantage in experience and have had some time to rest.

If a guy like Wotherspoon or Diaz can elevate their play we have a great chance. I think the series hinges on our best 5 dmen wearing out or if they get backup. 30 minutes will be too much.

It seems crazy but I honestly believe the Flames have a shot at winning this. This team has such fight and such heart that they'll throw everything at the Ducks and hopefully catch them flat footed out of the gate - and even without the element of surprise I still think they have a chance. Even though the Ducks seem to be a much better team, even from a statistical viewpoint the Flames are right there with them or even better. My first reaction to this series would be to go along with all the analysts and agree that the Flames will be done in 4 or 5 games, but if there's one thing the 2014/15 Flames have taught me, it is to never doubt them. Plus I hate the Ducks.

Flames in 6.

I've been doubting them all year, well I'm done doubting them.

Flames drop the first two, but bounce back to win four straight, including a couple nail biting over time games.

The Flames need to get a split in the first two games. Try to catch the Ducks early after their long break.
If they can do that, the Flames can take the series in 6 games.
If they come out of Anaheim with 2 losses it'll go to game 7, which of course the Flames will win in a dramatic overtime.

We are in for a tough long series. I don't see this one being a short one because we never quit!

Flames in 7, so I can witness it live at the Pond with my family!

Flames in four. On the backs of the top line this time. I'm serious with this prediction. The stories at the end of this round will be the rest of the league beginning to believe this flames team is for real and how could this happen to the ducks?

Then it will be a dance with the Blackhawks as the ultimate test. That series will go 7 games and the flames will scratch and claw their way to a SCF.

Went to Chinatown today and picked up some of these...

Tomorrow, we'll have these

The Ducks won't be able to skate or shoot the puck

If they manage a split in Anaheim, this series is over in five or six games because this Flames team will not lose at the Saddledome.

Don't see d as an issue. People forget in 2004 due to injuries the flames were forced to ride certain d and throw in basically rookies of commodore, montador and I believe bellmore? There was a third.

Flames in 6.

They split both in Anaheim and Calgary, win in game 5 in a nail bitter and close them out confidently at home.

I have us winning in 6 IF we can split the first two. I think we split, win both at home, get blown out in game 5 back in Anaheim and then win game 6 in a nailbiter, possible OT thriller.

I've given up doubting/questioning this team anymore. Just win baby.

I sure hope the Flames can pull this off. However, I am not very optimistic. Anaheim is a powerhouse, and they seem to be built for playoff hockey. I hope I am wrong, but I will go with Ducks in 5.

I think game 7, this will be a long one. Flames lose both in Anaheim and then win 3 and 4. Then win again in game 5 to break the curse. Lose at home and win in OT in game 7.

Just what the heart doctor ordered! Haha, not sure I can handle that.

I hope we win in four. Extended series can be costly later on.

Same result as last series. Outplayed on the road, but we steal one in the first two games.

Zero losses at home.

Flames in 6!
