Do you really think that? I don't believe you, but do tell: What is it you believe Flames fans are so "insecure" about when it comes to the Oilers?

Haha! If theres one thing I've learned over many years its that this is total BS. Do you honestly think anyone cares? That this Edmonton Sun Poll is going to influence thinking and decision making about anything?

Because if you believe that it does then the Oilers have even more serious problems.

Lowe: "Hot Dog MacT! A thousand random people on the interwebs say we're doing swell! Give Schultzie his 6x6! Hell! Make it a 7x7! Yee-haw!!"

From the comments section of the Edmonton Journal article.

Not sure why people are still insinuating that we rid ourselves of MacT or Lowe. Both have shown, with the moves made this season, that they understood that changes were needed and did so. The team has been visually more appealing since and their record has improved. The team is well on it's way. I cringe at comments suggesting we remove pieces of the core, and I applaud those who say we stay the course. If we can score Hanifin in the draft, that will be the final piece needed to push for a playoff spot.

Damn, and I thought I was being uniquely subversive when I filled it out as a Flames fan. Nice to see I'm not alone in my pathological hatred of the northern foe.

Top priority: Re-signing Nail Yakupov to at least a 6 year deal.

As an aside, this is a horribly designed survey. Edmonton can't even do that right.
NO GOOD.

It'll probably be a house party hosted by Lowe, Mac T and Katz and awkwardly 200+ CPers show up because we got the "right" answers

Kind of like being an Oilers' fan on a Flames' fan's board.

Would you trade the Oilers for half the organizations in the league?

To the question, of trading a roster player to fill a need: "They've done an amazing job drafting in recent years, and I know they will again this year. I am confident the Oilers have all the building blocks, and are developing them perfectly, for the team to be a dynasty again soon."

That was an easy one to answer honestly. I find Justin Schultz immensely entertaining to watch play defence.

Trying to find an applicable "Internet Law" (i.e. Godwin's, Poe's, Scopie's) that states that an anonymous Internet poll is, by its very nature, an invitation to be hijacked.

If there isn't one, there should be.

I went with Klefbom, I think they are at the point of anointing him the new big thing, I think we need to pump his tires to the point that they give him unreasonable responsibilities and expectations.

Could re-sign Gretsky be an appropriate response?
