Wasn't it 2 games for Kadri and 1 pick for Sven?

We need to bust JVRs alarm clock. Flames need a guy like that.

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

Elliott Friedman had a good piece on this situation.
It was well documented that Dallas Eakins spent more time than anyone trying to mold Kadri into a professional, including private meetings.
Then Wilson has repeated closed door meetings with him.
Then Carlyle tried to have one on one's with him, including the odd scratching.
Now Horachek fails to get him in line.
He's 24. There is no way this is just the first thing they've tried, and the known history suggests this is a long time in the making.
Who wants a 24 year old that has that many strikes against him?

He's going to have to grow up or he could cut his career short as he should be playing for a large UFA contract down the road and instead he's playing himself into a question mark around the league that teams will be hesitant towards trading or signing.

Around London he was always known to be an issue as well. Always at the bars and smoking his lungs out after he was drafted and if memory serves, Toronto had a 'keeper' checking up on him after the first summer. Guy needs hand holding and is ultra privileged. Doesn't have the best reputation around here.

He's a good player. Teams will want him. Really doubt the players care that much about a guy showing up late for meetings every once in a while or drinking on a night off. Most of the problems were with him not 'playing the system' which is obviously an issue but considering its the Leafs who let their best player decide if he wants to do a break-out the way the coaches ask, I'd guess its a team-wide thing.

Players don't care if other players are acting unprofessionally? What about tracksuitgate?
