Go Sens! I didn't think they would help the Flames twice on their road trip but I might be wrong. Hopefully Iggy and the Avs can pick it up soon.

I'm not as worried about Wild. Them and the Jets can go ahead and take the Wildcard spot. Flames should have their eyes on the Kings/Nucks. Kings/Nucks/Sharks losing games is most important.

I'm pissed that the Wild are likely going to beat the Avs but at the same time I don't mind having a fork go deeper into the Avs.

I really like the Berglund, Jaskin, Statsny line. Really really good. Mind you, it could be a mirage effect by playing against the Oilers.

Time to clean house in San Jose. They definitely will not make the playoffs.

Flames playoff odds heading into tonight: 65.1%

SJ reg. loss = +1.9% and a MIN reg. win = -0.9%, means the Flames odds improved by about 1.0%!

If Dubnyk keeps up this pace, I wonder if he moves himself into a nomination for the Vezina.....which is just a incredible thought if you think to last year or even the beginning of this year

Obviously its Carey prices to lose, among other deserving nomineess.

I think it is down to CGY, WIN and LA for last two spots. VAN will make it.

Vancouver would have to play below .500 not to make it at this point. Not impossible by any stretch, but there's no reason to think they will either

San Jose went 0-6-2 at home in February. Yikes.

Can't believe freaking Eddie Lack is getting them into the playoffs with all of the Canucks injuries, or the New York teams playing lights out against us but sucking against our competition.

Useless Avs couldn't have beat Minny, now we're 3 points behind. Winnipeg and Vancouver aren't slowing down, so I think it comes down to us and Minny. I hope SJ keeps sucking.

Agreed. Case in point ... Isles can look like world beaters against some teams and like deadbeats against others.

Disappointing that they are just on the right side of competitive against the Flames and crap the bed against the teams against which Calgary is competing for a playoff spot.

That's the reason why they've fallen off, they have no bite at home. The Sharkies are on a 3 game home losing streak with the next 4 of 5 games at home and then they go on a 7 game road trip. I hope they don't pull off a good road trip like the Canucks did. On the flip side, the Leafs are 0-13-2 on the road in the past 15 games.

I don't know about Lack getting them to the promised land. I think we'll see Markstrom in goal for a few games unlike last year where Lack played every game was thoroughly exhausted at season's end.

It's amazing that the Avs scored a goal against the Wild. The Blues cruise along to beat the Oilers and the win keeps within reach of the Predators. Nice job Sens, that was California Dreaming with the wins in that state. Flyers beat the Rangers, bit of surprise. It was a SHUTOUT for Price as the Habs blew the Leafs right out of Montreal. The other 2 games between the teams were 1 goal difference.
