Howie's Pizza in Glenbrook is damn good. His Super Tropical pizza is amazing.

Kerr always put a plug in for it when Howie called in during Overtime last season.

Bella Roma in Lakeview,

AWESOME (and very reasonably priced)
How can you go wrong with a bar and lounge that still have a fire-hatted Calvin p*ssing on a Tampa Bay Lightning logo on the outside of the place?

Haven't had their pizza..thanks for the heads up....

I really like Tom's House of Pizza myself.
I refuse to order from Tom's House of Pizza after two consequtive pizza orders where they neglected to take the wrapping off the pepperoni before slicing it and baking it into my pizza.

Well it seems we're all neighbours.

I pass that place every night after work but never thought much of it. Going to have to try it now.

Just had some Bella Roma last night, and again the leftovers today.

Pretty good..think of it as a Chicago deepdsih, but not with the layers of grease (which sometimes can be good, but prefer not) on the top of the cheese. (or is it square).
Toppings are plentiful and fresh, with the cheese baked on top.

I love Bella Roma's food............

Hate how smokey the bar section is. (Which is also where the food specials are.)

I'm in Patterson and the only non-chain pizza place is Poco Loco pizza. Not good. Had to settle for "mega chain pizza", passable but uninspired.

Can't wait to check this out, haven't driven far enough up Old Banff Coach Road to know I had options!

P.S. the French Maid downtown really does (did) make great pizza. Haven't been there for a while but I have memories of great pie!
