Doesn't really matter as long as it doesn't turn into a 3-point game. Unfortunately would anyone be surprised if it ends up 1-1 after 60 minutes?

Yes, he played the 3rd period. 1 goal on 12 shots. They pulled Varly as the Coyotes had only 5 SOG at that point, all in the 1st period. They failed to register a shot in the 2nd.
First time he's been in the net since December 5th when he played 16 minutes in relief of Varlamov who was getting lit up.

I was going to check that on sports club stats but the site is down.
Is the website down for anyone else?

Wild strike to within 1.
Well, at least the Flames took care of business tonight.

What a tool burrows is. He turns around after celebrating so that he can throw it it dubnyk's face.
Canucks announcers are trying to act like the wild were mad at him for interference... Reality is they were mad at him turning around to celebrate again in dubnyk's face. I hate burrows sooooo much!!!

El Nino with his second of the night. 3-2 with 6 minutes left.
Come on Minnesota, either score two or none.

3-2 Canucks. Niederraiter with both for Minny. Alex Biega scores his 1st career goal for Canucks.

From what I saw I think he was turning around to grab the puck for Biega, but couldn't find it right away and the Wild thought he was rubbing it in their face.

He celebrated twice though. Once on one knee facing away from the net and then again after he turned around to face dubnyk. He might have looked for the puck too but the second celly is just being an ass.

Canucks win. Eddie lack with 4 huge saves with 30 seconds left. So glad it was not a 3 point game.

One Canuck win I don't actually mind. There's still plenty of time for the Flames to pass them. The Wild just need to go away and get ready for golf season.

Very close to a 3 point game in Vancouver. Ultimately the regulation win was the more important thing than who won.
Now take it away Tampa.

Watched it again and Dubnyks stick got caught up between his legs so that's why he went down on one knee. He gets up, turns around does a celly and looks for the puck.
