That defence is what flames must push hard, go with speed through blue line and dump the puck. Because Martinez is out, there is only three guys from last year finals and one from top 4.

4. Regehr, Muzzin, Doughty, and Greene all won the cup last year. Voynov and Martinez are both out.

Flames hockey hasn't been this good in a decade. Every night feels like a playoff game, even if we don't make the playoffs whatever. We'll get it next year at the rate the young guys are progressing. I work late, get to watch our miraculous third though.

Kings are coming hard tonight...they are even saying its game 7 for them (and they know a thing or two about game 7's)

Yeah I think this game will give the flames a sample of what playoff hockey is about. As much as the last SJ game felt like a playoff game, I think this may be a step above. This game Is closer to must win for the LA then it is us. They will be a desperate hockey team tonight.

Crazy to think we have a possibility of going 4-0 against the Stanley cup champs

Regulation win for the flames is a 7 point lead plus the tiebreaker basically putting the kings in the rear view mirror

Kings will press hard, but if we keep them off the board in the 1st, and turn the tide as the game wears on, I can see LA faltering late again.
They seem to be unable to keep that push going for a whole 60. The dads will provide our boys extra motivation.

4th game in a row I'll miss from having to give myself so many extra hours at work. But I look forward to watching the highlights

Actually, you are 100% wrong. The Los Angeles Kings were the first to debut that colour scheme, which was later introduced to the Lakers after the '65-66 season.

I hate anything that reminds me of the Lakers.

Thanks guys, I'll probably call the BPs and ask what's up. I don't want to miss this game!!
I am predicting an OT win, flames win 4-3. Sean Monahan with the game winner.

Looks like Josh Jooris is out for #Flames...he's doing some extra work with David Wolf and Corey Potter. If so, that means Paul Byron is in.

The Kings first season was 1967/68. They had the same owner as the Lakers so they adopted the same colours.
