There wasn't a ton of great fashion that came out of the 80's, but hockey Jersey's from that era are the all-time greats (minus the Canucks V of course) and the All-Star jersey's were no exception:
I'll just throw this here as well. Greatest hockey jersey of all time IMHO. I want the Whalers back, just to see those sweet jerseys again.

If the lime green was red and blue instead they would be a lot better. I am assuming that this is aimed at the younger crowd and I will give them a pass for that reason.

Look fine for the one off game per year, it's a testing ground for new thjngs. Wonder if any part of the design assists/makes it easier for the player tracking they plan on using.

Reminds me of this sweet jersey from the old Pro Roller Hockey League that the Calgary Radz played in. New Jersey Rockin Rollers. My older brother actually has one of these classic abominations in his closet.

You can either wear black socks with your suit, or have a ton of fun and go full colour:
