Peter Mahr always said that the 2nd quarter of the Season decides your fate. We haven't been great so far, need to turn it around.

Hornqvist and Letang are both expected to play tonight. Nice boost for the Pens PP.

If Crosby is still looking like that at game time, I can't see how they'd let him play.

I predict the Flames will continue to say #### you to Corsi, either by having positive corsi in a losing effort, or negative corsi in a somewhat convincing win.

Shocked Crosby is allowed to play looking like that. Is he not contagious?

I have no idea what Bollig brings over Bouma.

In the interests of parity, Bettman feels that all teams must deal with a mumps outbreak; not just a select few.

I find Bouma and even Ferland easily make Bollig expendable.

I think every player can benefit from the pressbox. Gaudreau and Wideman did, so I expect Bouma to come back better than ever. Same thing goes for Stajan tonight, I am expecting good things from him, I'll bet he hated getting scratched.

Coach "you're job is to get in Sidney's face and check him"

Player "Yeah, that's not gonna happen"

You would think with all the trouble with Mumps in locker rooms so far this year, the Flames would ensure everyone's MMR blood titer levels are up to snuff, and give boosters where required. To not do that would be as stupid as not wearing a skate protector when you block a lot of shots.

If there was any doubt as to the East being a pathetic weak-sister, this basically sums it up.

This lineup is winning their division and is second in the East.

Spaling-Crosby-Downie
Malkin-Sutter-Comeau
Klinkhammer-Goc-Megna
Sill-Ebbett-Adams

Ehrhoff-Bortuzzo
Scuderi-Despres
Dumoulin-Martin

Fleury

Its a shame its the second of a back-to-back because the Flames should beat that lineup.

Sure but you can usually add Kunitz, Dupuis, Hornqvist and Letang to that mix. Don't get me wrong, I agree that the east is weak, but that is a severely depleted Pitt line up on paper that you posted. That isn't the "everybody is healthy" roster.
