I'd kind of feel stupid giving the guys we have now a rating and then having them traded to the Oilers or Canucks. Since we were the 27th overall team last year, I'd say anyone but Monahan and Bennett are possibly moved before the season starts.

BTW I score Monahan a 9 and Bennett a 7 with a lot of room to go up.

I don't think there are any Brodie haters at all. Just a group that tends to think he is an allstar level/elite Dman in the making and others that see him as more of a 2nd pairing guy. I don't think I have ever seen a Brodie "hater" on this site.

I'm surprised Baertschi isn't higher on some people's list. Sure he isn't our best prospect, but he was our first "blue chipper" (since Phaneuf), and with that 3 goals in 5 games, his popularity in the fan base skyrocketed.
