I also think Hornqvist is very underrated. He's a 50 point player on an offensively conservative team. He's also only 27 and a bit of a late bloomer.
The idea that we could have just substituted a player like Glencross and gotten Neal is absurd. He's not what the Pens were looking for.

Exactly. Hornqvist has scored his goals without playing with a worthy center of note. He is one of the better forwards at scoring garbage goals at a good cap hit. And Spaling is a good depth forward who has had some good playoff performances in the past. These days, it seems getting two roster forwards out of a team is pretty difficult.
