Congratulations. I did my first (and thus far only) full last May. It's a year later, and as they saying goes, the pain fades, the pride is forever.

The day after my full I said that's it... I'm done.. it's off the bucket list.... no need to put myself through that again. But now, a friend has said she wants to the PEI marathon and I said if she registers, then to count me in too.

Hope you don't have many stairs tomorrow.

Awesome race! What a beauty day. Thanks to all the volunteers that made everything go so smoothly.

Finished the full with a PB, so I couldn't be happier.

This was my first full marathon, and I was very happy with my result. I feel fine today, but I am taking stairs a little more slowly.

Does anyone recall that commercial where a father was consoling his son after he was cut from a school sports team, and mention that he too was cut at the same age, only to discover the school running club, just as some girls crossed in front of their car, instantly cheering up the young lad? I remembered this as I was running, and I must say that I really appreciated the outstanding scenery provided by more than a few of my fellow female runners. I could have passed you, but I chose not to...

Anyone see Cowperson about? Hope he's doing well. He's been scarce but I'll bet he was running on Sunday.
