Really tough decision.
If I assassinate baby Hitler, preventing WWII and the Holocaust, does Stalin's Red Army roll across the continent instead? If so, do the people of Europe suffer an even worse fate?
If I assassinate Stalin in 1929, does that mean his military purges never take place and the Soviet officer corps remains comprised of incompetents, allowing a German victory on the Eastern Front (and possibly the entire war)?
