Some great hands on display in that shootout, OEL is a hell of a player sky's the limit for him.

Hendricks' shootout move is awesome. Didn't bury it there, but the goalie bit

Nashville beat Anaheim and now have an identical record as the Canucks. The Preds have more ROW, so they are ranked ahead of Vancouver, which means the Canadian teams are now the bottom 4 in the West.

LOL at the Oilers and their fans. Wow, there must have been a parade out there. Greiss blew it. Did SN West give the Oilers all 3 stars? Something special up there. The Bhawks put a mini dagger in the BJs with the 4-3 reg win. Both teams played the night before and it showed. Don't count out the Devils just yet, they won 2-1 in reg time over the Caps and Schneider was in net for the win. The Red Wings motor on to their 4th straight win, hanging on for a 3-2 reg win over the Sabres. They might catch up to Tampa Bay in the standings. The Predators ate up the Ducks like roadkill, 5-2 in Anaheim. The Habs and Sens played shoot out the lights in the 1st period and Anderson looked shaky in goal the rest of the way. Montreal wins 7-4. Is the NHL giving out big bonuses to commentators who talk about division rivals? Garry Galley said it over and over about the Sens and Habs how they don't like each other and how 1 playoff series has made this one of the best division rivalries. Shut up Garry, maybe if they play each 4 times like the Sens and Leafs did. Same goes for the NBCSN guys who call the Kings and Sharks national games. Randy Hahn and Drew Remenda were doing the same thing. Yes, they have played each other twice in the playoffs and the rivalry is growing but, don't say it 400 times through out the game!

They give away Old Dutch chips at the Oiler games and the mullet heads foam at the mouth for a free bag of chips.

Late to the party here, but I thought that Sam Gagner shootout goal was pretty sweet.

The most notable occurrence was a couple years ago at a preseason game. Rexall had a giveaway of those Halloween sized bags of "OOOOLLLLLLDDDDDDD DUTCHHHHHHHH CHIPSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!!!." Predictably for Edmonton, the place went absolutely wild. There were people literally climbing over seats for 100 grams of chips. There may have been some sort of chip-inspired parade down Whyte Avenue.

In Edmonton, manna from heaven comes in foil packages.
