Yeah, everyday. I've complained for the last two years and they just say they are doing upgrades. I am getting it for 1/2 price though for my troubles.

I've had shaw 100mbps in blackfalds for the past two years and it's been great. Only time I ever had issues I got a free month. Almost always tests at 85-105
