Thanks Berra!
The Swiss are playing some disciplined and organized hockey. Per usual.

That is the way he is though. He will make some amazing saves and then let in some easy ones. He just has no consistancy.

Organized yes. Quite passive until the second. Couple of soccer style getting penalty calls though

Yeah but they are also showing some skill. It's good to see some of the lesser nations making progress as long as they don't get in our way.

Yeah, they are.
I don't really think that this is "news" when it comes to the Swiss though. They've been pretty competitive in recent times in international tournaments.

I think the Swiss would take letting in one goal against Sweden any day of the week. Berra did his job regardless of letting in a weak one. Dare we compare his performance to Price's yesterday?

The difference I see is that sure they've been competitive by trapping for 60 minutes and waiting for a mistake whereas now they seem to be able to sustain an attack against good teams.

True. They were trapping less than the Swedes for a large portion there

Berra may inconsistent, but seriously, sometimes your team needs to score for you.
Really liked how he has played since the Ramo injury. 5 GA in 3 games prior to Olympics, and 1 GA in 1 Olympic game. He's doing really good now. Good job Berra!

May have had a strong game but when the winning goal is a weak one that's on him then no, he did not do his job.

1 GA is actually really good, against the gifted players Sweden possesses.
Don't know why people would bash him. You're not winning games, period, if you don't put the puck in the other net.
