Pancras just got robbed. That was at least high 70's. The last jump he did a mute to LIU KANG grab. That ain't been done in years.

Pretty obvious case of a guy who's a nobody getting penalized for lack of name recognition.

Oysten Braten is the only real threat left to get into finals. Bene Mayr maybe, but not likely.

EDIT: The announcer's a moron, first that was a 450 on 450 off, not "430", and second, that is in finals for sure.

Yeah it definitely seems like the judges are favoring the bigger names.

That's the one thing I have always hated about this style of judging in general. It shouldn't matter who people are, but you know what certain people are capable of and you judge them based on that, subconciously or not.

Honestly other than them deliberately getting rid of a couple of no-names the judging has been decent.

Wellsy didn't deserve it with those jumps. Last guy with a chance here.

American sweep, but not by much. Most likely Bobby Brown and Goepper get on the podium and the third spot goes to one of Andreas, Henrik, ABM, or Russ. Joss qualified first but has never done a triple in competition so he's an outside shot.

You'd like to see guys go all out on the first run, because other than Nick and maybe Bobby, they're going to need it. The announcer is wrong. Not all of these guys have triples. The following guys have triples:

Nick Goepper
Bobby Brown
Gus Kenworthy
Russ Henshaw
ABM
Joss Christensen (did his first one this week)

That's it. Henrik has one but won't do it, jump isn't big enough. Oystein might have one, I can't remember.
