No, GTF, they are not. The Oilers deserve the lead today.

Also, two-minute 5 on 3 coming up for Edmonton. Petrie's flailing probably should have earned him an embellishment penalty though.

Two terrible penalty calls give the Oilers a 5 on 3 for a full 2 minutes. Gong show

Jeff Petry with maybe the worst dive of the season. Yikes. Brad Watson fell for it too.

The Sens aren't a very good hockey team right now. Thought they would be playing a lot better.

Sens look like hot garbage today. Every shot seems to be right at Dubnyk's chest, and there is little fight from them.

Edmonton's 5-3 for the full two minutes was a joke though. One shot on goal and hardly any zone time despite having two extra men.

^^^ agreed, two teams playing bad. Sens with more shots, but all perimeter shots.

Of course Edmonton media will say how Dubnyk stole the game and how it was their most complete game of the season.

Or maybe not.... C'mon Sens!!!

That's a goal, great overhead shot that shows it contacted the stick.

Watching the Sens struggle to negotiate the neutral zone against the worst team in the NHL was pretty pathetic.

Haven't watched them this year outside of this game so going to give them the benefit of the doubt...but that's not a playoff team if they always look this bad.

Oilers were awfully cheap that game. Petrie with an unconscionable dive, Perron with a snow shower on lehner with no call.

It's amazing how much better they look defensively without hall turning it over

Is there anything quite so frightening, if you are an Oiler, as to hear the words "our doctors will look at it" from your coach?

The oilers have now won 2 games of 9 they have played.

They have more points than SEVEN eastern teams.

Mind boggling how inept the Eastern conference lower half is right now.

Anyone know why Chicago is wearing white numbers?
Edit:Nm it's just for warm-up.

Apparently they're lavender.

Aren't the numbers always white on the Hawks jerseys?

You can't be saying they have white numbers on white jerseys I hope.
