Its a little confusing, but the Fan 960 is a Sportsnet production now.

Maybe a mod can change the thread title to 'New Fan 960 Colour Man' or something like that.

Congratulations Loubo! Totally deserves a high profile role, the man works his ass off. Its great that the pressure of PBP isn't on Loubardias, I don't think that was necessarily his strong suit. Interesting that they didn't go with a former player which seems to be the norm for the colour guy.

Peter & Peter... hilarious. I really think they have a chance to develop some great chemistry, and that we will benefit with some very entertaining banter and stories as they both have a very deep knowledge not only of the game, but everything behind it.

Go get em guys!

So happy to hear this. I thought Loubardias was fantastic as the Flames PBP guy on TV, miles better than Kerr.

And if this sticks in the maw of that loser Dome Beers, that makes it so much better.

My only concern is will Loubo be as critical with his comments like Rogers was. I liked the fact that Rogers wasn't afraid to criticise the Flames.

Knees22 is Kelly Kirsch, the Fan960 programming director. Think the news was posted here first.

Edit: Not 100% confirmed as Kirsch, based on what Buff said in the other thread.
