Iggy does great as when he's not supposed to be "the guy" I hope he does well there.

That teaser has me seriously pumped. Just by watching the first 3 episodes I feel like I'm starting to grow a Bruin's logo on my chest.

Need to wait until the Flames are a better team or it will be sad like Oil Change.

Maybe post-2011, but I can't say I agree with that at all when looking at his career.

When he wasn't leading a team in scoring for over a decade, captaining a franchise to the Stanley Cup Final and leading a 5 year playoff team, he was also the alternate captain and leading goal scorer of the 2010 Olympics.

I'd say the difference is he never had players like Lucic and Kreji to play with in Calgary in the last few years. He was always expected to be the most physical player on his line, the goal scorer and the playmaker.

Totally agree... Would be a dream for him to get a cup with boston, come back to Calgary in 2-3 years when the flames are rebuilt, and help the flames win the cup. Nothing would be better than that.

Had to laugh when the camera did a "double take" when Iginla was taking off his shirt!
There should be more of this type of program.

Iginla in the video room, working on the PK.

Interesting.

You would think if the NHL could get these kind of shows picked up on regional networks, they would increase HRR. Unless this would fall outside the CBA. /canofworms

Interesting.
Didn't Hartley throw out Iginla and Tanguay on the PK for a while last season?

Nice to see Boston forcing Iginla back into the type of player he used to be. He is of course older now, so he won't be 'that' guy the Flames had in the early-to-mid 2000's, but he is a player that when he plays a certain way, he helps you win in so many different ways. Love it.

You want to know the big difference between good coaches like Darryl Sutter and bad NHL coaches like Mike Keenan and Brent Sutter? Look at Iginla's Short Hand-Time on Ice from these guys. This is totals for the entire season

Iginla under Darryl Sutter - SH/TOI
2003-2004 - 177:28 - Leads Flames forwards
2005-2006 - 232:38 - 2nd for Flames forwards, only behind Stephane Yelle

Under Mike Keenan
2007-2008 - 38:50 - 9th for forwards
2008-2009 - 14:29 - 9th

Brent Sutter.... it gets ugly here.
2009-2010 - 2:45
2010-2011 - 7:15
2011-2012 - 1:37

Brent's an idiot.

Just love the team passion of the Bruins. They have multiple leaders on this team. Hell of a hit by Boychuk. Iggy is a great addition to this team.
