Well realistically many people in this country would think a job paying 85 grand a year is good....problem is that in Calgary, McDonalds and Paper routes seem to pay better than that.
I still think people really need to seek out experience in the first couple years. Good work experience should ultimately make you more money down the road, than the extra 10-20 k you might make taking a higher paying job the first couple years where you don't learn anything.
