I selected Baertschi, but only because my methodology was based on 50% ceiling, and 50% probability of making it there.

I would say Baertschi is in the top 4 (with Monahan, Jankowski and Gaudreau) - perhaps top 5 if you include Gillies - of high-ceiling prospects. I ranked him 1st over-all since he is the most 'proven' of them, seeing as he is the only one that has played at the NHL level.

If I were asked to rank based on absolute ceiling, I would go something like:
Jankowski - big center with loads of skill
Gaudreau - probably even better skilled than Jankowski, but doesn't have the size advantage to dominate like Jankowski could
Monahan - Huge talent with size and intangibles
Baertschi - slick and hard-working.
Gillies - hard to rank a goalie, so just putting him arbitrarily at 5th.

IF Jankowski reaches his ceiling, I think he will be the most important piece the Flames have moving forward.

I think most of us have a pretty good idea of who will rank 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Will be interesting to see what the masses here rank the prospects beyond that.

I think it's probably going to go Monahan, Baertschi, Gaudreau and should be followed by Gillies and Jankowski. After these five it's going to get interesting.

Gaudreau

Watching him play amongst the other prospects, he takes control and dictates the pace of the play. No one else but Gaudreau seem to be capable of this and it is hella fun to watch.

that is the one thing I love about gaudreau, he makes players around him better. Last year when he was with jankowski, that line was probably the best line. This year he was paired with Monahan and they seemed to create a scoring chance almost every shift.

Picked Gaudreau, but after thinking about it more I maybe should've picked Monahan.
