I stopped watching after a minute. I felt like I was eavesdropping on something that shouldn't be online for public consumption, and stopped in mid cringe. Its not entertaining or educational. Reminds me of reality TV.

Yeah, I agree with your take. Impossible to tell from a little snippet hand picked by him to make her look bad and him good. I get the sense though that he is pretty controlling and was taking advantage of having full control of the situation. I can see it making her a little crazy if she feels she is basically being held captive for the afternoon.
I am surprised it is even legal to post a secretly recorded conversation where she would have an expectation of privacy. Hopefully her lawyer is all over that and it costs him some.
I think what this guy did was despicable, and laws should be enacted to prevent such things from happening. All you guys and gals should be putting trustworthiness in a mate at the top of your list.

What sort of laws would you enact here? What would cover this? You can't legislate people not being jerks.
I think that she's nuts for reacting like she did...and I think he's pretty low for videoing and sharing it...but you can't fix this with legislation.
Or at least, any legislation you expect to actually enforce.

In this day and age with all the cell phones with cameras, I see this sort of thing as an invasion of a person's privacy, and possibly getting out of hand. I'm not a lawyer, but perhaps a few test cases in the courts, that result in stiff fines, may act as a deterrent.
The guy was probably getting bad-mouthed by his wife and got sick of it, hence the video. You could even see evidence of that in the video as she started texting mid-tantrum. He probably just wanted people to see what he has to put up with...
that woman is freaking nuts, this looks like a bar hookup that they decided to get married and both are immature.
seriously the chick started freaking out about cigs, then she goes off the deep end. even if the husband was 'egging' her on she shouldn't act like an 8 year old that isn't getting their candy bar.
it doesn't take much to figure out that this relationship is a bust.
