I hope people have some sympathy as the cop has to go through all kinds of disease testing for transmissible diseases if this woman did spit on them.

There's a reason why she's probably facing a felony assault charge.

It's kind of nice that this is the "Police Brutality" which goes on in Iceland. Says a lot about the country and the people.

Back to you Los Angeles!

Someone there called that police brutality? I'm not even sure he was that excessive in the pull he gave her arm. She was pretty wobbly to begin with, and it looks like she just ragdoll'd it when he pulled on her arm to put her into the arrest position. I feel badly for the cop - no telling what she may have transmitted with those loogies.

I am okay with this, and also would have been okay with smashing the van door into her, and perhaps a good tasering or pepper spraying so she gets the idea that f'ing with the police is not a good thing to do.

That was not only an act of disrespect but also an assault. You can contract a disease or infection from someone spitting in your eye. As far as the dragging goes, lots of people just "play dead" so it's a pain to move them. I suspect he wanted to get her in the paddy wagon quickly rather than draw it out and create a big scene.
