Yeah, that's the biggest difference. If a college player doesn't sign, he becomes a UFA and can go wherever we wants. A CHL player goes back to the draft, where he can end being picked by a different team that's still not the New York Rangers *cough*.

Would have liked to have seen a couple of players from the Dub who passed through this year's draft get a shot at dev camp:
Including but not limited to:
- Matt Needham, Jesse Lees, Jaimen Yakubowski
Barclay Goodrow out of the OHL was another one who I thought had a shot at getting drafted.

Love Acciari! He is a hard hitting forward for PC. Not the biggest guy, but the guy plays hard.

Depends on how old the player is 2 years after being drafted. If the player will be 20 years old or older that calendar year 2 years after being drafted then they will become UFA's as they are too old to re-enter the draft. For example both Baertschi and Monahan would have been or will be UFA's if unsigned 2 years after being drafted.
So players with late Sept to Dec birthdates would be UFA's 2 years after being drafted. Players with birthdates from Jan to early Sept who are drafted in their first year of eligibility would re-enter the draft if unsigned after 2 years.

Was hoping they would invite Cam Maclise. Sounds like he's headed to LA for their camp though.

It'll be nice to see what Kanzig does agains guys who are looking to make the next step. I really hope he can develop and become a wall on defense.
There are a lot of kids I'm interested in and I hope whomever is going to cover these (thanks in advanced) will do a write up and let us know how things are going.

Could be nothing but Horak listed as a center here, makes you think he may be transferred back to center ice.

I see group A laying a slaughter on group B in scrimage, despite Sven, Mark and some of our better D prospects.
Johnny, Sean and Morgan are gonna make things fun to watch though for group A. Pretty stoked about this. Hopefully some good highlight reels. Johnny sure gave us some nice glimpses last year. I'm also curious to see if some guys can keep up, eg. Kanzig.

That ain't right. That should be Max's number. It's like they don't want me to buy a new jersey.

I guess Cundari doesn't count? Too old?
Would be nice to see more of him vs. other prospects.

I am stoked to see Berra first and foremost. Monahan, Poirier and Klimchuk second most.
And then Seiloff, Janko, Ramage, Wotherspoon, Roy third most.
The rest I think I've seen before but I am very interested in seeing how far along the likes of Granlund, Gaudreau, Hanowski, Agostino and Knight are.
I get the feeling that Berra is going to steal a roster spot this year on the big club. Maybe even starter. Just a gut feeling.
