Couture should have stayed on his feet and played hockey instead of trying to draw a call.

I hope the Kings repeat , as much as I miss Iggy , Regehr and Kipper (if he retires) , I miss Coach (not gm) D.Sutter the most. His teams play the game the way I think it should be played aggressive forechecking , hard working, hard hitting.

Seriously, how many players to the Flames have that meet that average?

We have four players who are 6'2 or taller and 215 or heavier on our roster at flames.nhl.com right now:
 Akim Aliu 6'4" 225, Tim Jackman 6'2" 225, Brian McGrattan 6'4" 235, and Blair Jones 6'2" 216.

Jesus, looking at the difference in size between us and the Kings is crazy, they're huge. We're tiny. I am no longer interested in Petan as a potential draft pick.

Honest to goodness...say it again. Worst constructed team in a long time. No young impact players and small. Scary.

Well, tonight's games were kinda hard to get into after being spoiled with that TOR/BOS game last night.
The Kings look like they're going to win again... I guess CHI will have something to say, perhaps, but I won't be betting against the Kings right now, that's for sure.

Darryl was the REAL leader of that 2004 team, just as he is the leader of this Kings team.

This is no disrespect to Iginla or Dustin Brown, or Mike Richards.

No offence to any team captain because leadership starts at the bench. Bad coaches tend to lack leadership.
