I found his outlook on body mechanics very interesting as well. I'm blessed with a job that allows me to stand all day and be pretty active, and as a result my stance has vastly improved from my previous job where I sat most of the time.
The part I found the most interesting was his section on 'torque' and how it can be used to improve the squat or deadlift. I had never looked at it like that, and the other day when I was squatting I made a conscious effort to 'screw' my feet into the ground, and it seemed to help quite a bit.
There is a lot of information to process, so I skipped the stuff that I don't need right now, and focused on the stuff I do need.
