Zaun was talking about this subject the other night during the broadcast.... he said in his opinion he was okay with high amount of strike outs but with high amount of RBIs and HRs.
The other broadcaster, thought a higher average should be the strategy....

The problem for JP is that he doesn't do much else right. When he inevitably starts to slump and his home run rate doesn't maintain, he becomes a very below average player. The guy doesn't walk or play much defence, so his value is essentially his ability to hit HRs and drive in runs.
Lets hope this unsustainable pace keeps up!
